Book your free consultation to discuss your history and primary goals. This call helps us gain a deeper understanding of who you are, your lifestyle, and the goals that matter most to you. Based on this, we’ll match you with one of our certified coaches, each bringing unique experiences, perspectives, and personalities. This process ensures you’re paired with the coach best suited to support your journey.

Once you have completed your consultation and assigned to the best coach for your needs, you will receive the following documents to complete:

-Waiver and Consent forms

Need nutrition support?

Macro and Micro

If you are requiring nutritional support as an athlete or lifestyle client, we have the package thats right for you! We are certified nutritionists with a passion for using food as fuel—not as a means to minimize ourselves. We firmly believe that meal plans are neither sustainable nor enjoyable for most people. Based on our professional and personal experience, meal plans fail to teach the value of the food you’re consuming or provide the tools needed to succeed independently after your coaching journey. We teach how to use macros and hand portion sizes to hit your goals-no more being married to a food scale!

Our approach focuses on teaching sustainable, long-term practices that empower you to make this a lifestyle, not a quick fix.

Receive your program

Strength training is a cornerstone of physical fitness and overall health. It enhances muscle strength, endurance, and power, which are essential for daily activities, athletic performance, and injury prevention. Strength training also supports bone density, joint health, and metabolic function, contributing to long-term health and quality of life. Regular strength training improves posture, reduces the risk of chronic diseases, and boosts confidence and mental well-being.

To achieve the best results, strength training must be structured and progressive, which is where periodized training becomes essential. Periodization involves strategically varying training intensity, volume, and exercises over time. This approach prevents plateaus, reduces the risk of overtraining, and ensures continuous improvement.

Strength workouts will be designed with your history, goals and abilities in mind. We customize everything for you based on what works for YOUR life--we do not copy and paste generic plans. All workouts have instructional videos, written instructions and are laid out in a way thats simple and easy for you to understand. These workouts are made for at home or gym, depending on what you have access to. We prescribe your reps, sets and rest to make the journey as easy as possible for you!

Step 5

On going support

Communication with your coach is unlimited, we are able to see your workouts and comments as you complete them. If you are needing a form check, you can book a live call with your coach so they can assess you online. Every 2 weeks you will receive a bio-feedback check in form. In this form you will share any difficulties you may have faced, your stress levels, sleep patterns and any wins that you want to share. You will also have the option of being in our community group--this helps you to feel connected to those in your community and is a fun way to help each other stay accountable.
