Coach Sarah
Sarah is an experienced marathon runner, having completed five full marathons, including the 2023 Chicago Marathon and 2022 Fargo Marathon, as well as numerous half marathons. She has a deep understanding of balancing training with work, family, and daily life. Sarah's favourite distance is the marathon, as she values the grit, determination, and rewards that come from a long training cycle. She enjoys using her personal and professional experiences to connect with and support her athletes, viewing race day as a celebratory victory lap.

Having Sarah as a coach has been such a great experience. I first started looking for a coach when I noticed my half marathon times were progressively getting slower. After only 4 months of working with the Sarah, I shaved 15 minutes off my time. Later on, she was a great support through injury, helping me safely run a half marathon with maybe not the time I was looking for, but finishing injury free. She provides evidence-based programming and is a great cheerleader through the good times and the bad. She is consistent and can speak from her own experience as a runner as well. Not only did she help me but with her knowledge, experience and support I was able to go well above my goals.She provided great training plans, easy to follow, easy to access, and able to see in advance what was coming for the up coming weeks.She was always checking in with texts or calls on how I was doing. We use 6 week blocks that focus on safe and structured periodization
How is it delivered?
We use a combination of Trainerize and Garmin Clipboard.
Communication
Communication is unlimited, changes are made to plans as needed. We use bi-weekly biofeedback reports to ensure we are programming according to your needs
